Senate Democrats and 12 Republicans joined forces because of the mutual disdain for President Trump's emergency declaration to secure border wall funding. The supergroup used their combined strength to block that declaration, but it only activated Trump's face down trap card. The bipartisan bros recoiled and were forced to end their battle phase.

There are rumors that all pieces of Exodia the Forbidden One exist in the senate, but each piece is held by a different representative. If these card-holders (no, not AARP card-holders) were to unite they may be able to banish President Trump back to the shadow realm. But only through the power of friendship will this be possible.
